Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the bird(s) that you ordered, please notify us by email or phone. We will give a full refund if the bird(s) is shipped back within 10 days or we will replace the bird(s) with a bird(s) of similar strain/value for no charge. This applies to domestic sales only. Exported returns will be considered (but not necessarily guaranteed) on a case-by-case basis.
